Continuous loss-in-weight Gravimetric Blender - MaxiBlend

The MaxiBlend is a continuous gravimetric blender with each material separately simultaneously dosed into the processing machine feed throat, starve feeder, or mixing bowl. Each materials’ feed rate is gravimetrically controlled by loss in weigh hoppers mounted on auger feeders.

MaxiBlend units are made on a bespoke basis to suit the particular process/application. They are used where a MiniBlend gravimetric batch blender is not suitable, typically for non free flowing powders or regrind.
