The Weighbatch MB-20 blender has been developed specifically for injection moulding applications, particularly for small machines. It is a gravimetric, four component blender which fully mixes each batch prior to release.

The MB-20 has the smallest footprint of any gravimetric blender, just 40 x 40 cm, and only 50 cm high. Construction is all 304 grade stainless steel.

The MB-20 mixes in 200 gram batches and has a maximum throughput of 20 kg/hr. Material feed and mixing all electric.
